Prices

All prices are per flat and day. Accommodation, bed linen, hand towel, heating, water, electricity and all fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay (2024: Euro 2.- per person and day over 14 years).

Payment

You can pay with cash or by bank transfer.

Final cleaning

The charge for the final cleaning its from 40.-€ till 80.-€.

Pick-up service

If you come to Kaltern without a car, you are welcome to use our pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station on your arrival and departure.

We offer our guests a weekly hike through the vineyards to Lake Caldaro. Enjoy nature, reax and discover the beauty of the surroundings.

Our weekly vineyard excursion invites you to experience the fascinating world ofviticulture up close. Explore the vines, learn interesting facts about cultivation and care, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of our vineyards. An experience for all the senses.

Aperitif

Each week we host a relaxed wine aperitf with our guests. A perfect opportunity to enjoy fine wines, good company and a welcoming atmosphere.

Arrival and departure

Holiday flats are ready after 3.00 p.m. on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat or room by 10.00 a.m.

Booking

Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:

Terms of Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before day of arrival. The cancellation charge for cancellations in the last 15 days before day of arrival is 100% of the cost of travel.
